Product Description

Silicone sealant is a single component, neutral curing adhesive. Silicone sealant products can produce superior adhesion to most building materials without the need for a primer.

It has the following superior product characteristics:

1. Easy to use: can be squeezed out at any time.

2. With excellent thixotropy and extrudability, it can be extruded at any temperature (- 40 ℃ to 100 ℃).

3. Good adhesion and excellent adhesion to most building materials.

4. Good UV resistance, ozone resistance, and weather aging resistance.

Application scope

The product is suitable for various building doors and windows, installation and sealing of door and window glass, and many other purposes such as home decoration.

Usage restrictions

Silicone sealant is not suitable for structural assembly. It is not easy to use in the following situations:

All materials that can exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents, as well as some unvulcanized or partially vulcanized rubber and tape;

Closed areas (silicone sealant needs to be cured with moisture in the air);

Long term immersion and year-round underground humid environment;

△ The surface of the paint may cause sealing failure due to cracking or peeling of the paint film;

Frosted or damp surfaces:

△ Will come into direct contact with the surface of food;

Places susceptible to mechanical wear and tear.

Silicone sealant is provided to customers in plastic tube packaging with a net capacity of 300 milliliters.

Color

Silicone sealant is available in three common standard colors: black, white, and gray

Storage and expiration date

When silicone sealant is stored in a dry and ventilated environment at 27 ℃ or lower in its original packaging, the storage period of silicone sealant products is 9 months from the date of production.
